Literature Night 2016 Details

Literature NightLiterature Night 2016 is just heating up with this year’s theme being “Literary Stew: Discover your favorite genre!” It will be on Friday, February 19th, from 7:00-9:00.

We are in the early stages and are still welcoming room hosts and volunteers! This year we will focus on books that represent the major literary genres. Some genres which have not been chosen yet include: Poetry, Biography, Graphic Novels, Science Fiction, Realistic Fiction, Classic Novels, Historical Fiction, Humor, Magical Realm, Horror/Suspense, Picture Books, and Short Stories.

Volunteer opportunities include hosting or assisting with a room, hosting or assisting with our core programs (Jeopardy, Book Walk, Cookies and Milk and Readers’ Roost), behind the scenes preparation and night-of assistance.
